根据下石节矿+950 m轨道石门实际地质采矿条件,通过数值模拟和现场试验分析一次锚网支护后不同支护时机条件下进行二次锚网支护后所发生的围岩变形量,得出高应力软岩巷道一次锚网支护后两帮移近量约140~180 mm时进行二次锚网支护,此时二次锚网支护协同作用效果最佳。同时提出加强底板控制措施,提高底板薄弱部位结构承载度,有利于整体巷道围岩结构稳定。
According to the actual geological mining conditions of +950 m orbit Shihmen under Xiaoshijie Mine, the deformation of surrounding rock after secondary bolting with different supporting timing after an anchored net is analyzed by numerical simulation and field test, It is concluded that the secondary anchor net support is achieved when the amount of the two supports nearing an angle of about 140 ~ 180 mm after the support of an anchor net in the high-stress soft rock roadway. In this case, the synergistic effect of the secondary anchor net support is best. At the same time, it is proposed to strengthen the floor control measures and improve the bearing capacity of the weak parts of the floor, which is in favor of the stability of the surrounding rock mass of the whole roadway.
