一、预防1.尿沉鸡蛋预防麻疹:南京市卫生防疫站于1959年2月,在该市航空学院托儿所和部分散居儿童中,进行了151例麻疹易惑儿童用尿浸鸡蛋预防实验观查。制法:取新鲜鸡蛋若干枚,用较粗大的缝衣针,扎7~8个孔,放入铁桶,倾入适量尿液,以淹没鸡蛋为止,浸泡七昼夜。服法:每人吃一个鸡蛋,不论年龄大小和次数多寡,在一天内服完。一般分1~2次服完,也有3次服完的。使用的尿液是分为混合尿(即出过麻疹和未出过麻疹两种童尿混合一块);出过麻疹童尿;未出过麻疹童尿;成人尿等四种浸泡鸡蛋。结果在151例易感儿童中,服用混合尿泡蛋的44人保护率为79.55%;服用出过麻疹童尿泡蛋的39人保护率为100%;服用未出过麻疹童尿泡蛋的40人保护率为87.5%;服用成人尿泡蛋的38人保护率为75%。根据以上情况可以看出,运用四种不同尿泡鸡蛋,预防麻疹均有一定作用,而作用比较令人满意的是以服用出过麻疹童

The use of urine is divided into mixed urine (that is, measles and measles out of a mixture of two kinds of children’s urine); urine out of measles; children did not urine out of measles; adult urine and other four soaked eggs. Results Among the 151 susceptible children, the protection rate of 44 people taking mixed urine eggs was 79.55%; the protection rate of 39 people taking urine eggs out of measles children was 100%; the protection of 40 people who took urine eggs from measles children was protected. The rate was 87.5%; the protection rate of 38 people taking adult urine eggs was 75%. According to the above situation, it can be seen that the use of four kinds of eggs in different urine bubbles can prevent measles from having a certain effect, and the effect is more satisfying.
