本文探索了用离心力驱动流动相的高速薄层色谱分析法的理论基础,并用模型试验证实了该法中流动相流速线性好、流量范围宽、可调控性质。该方法消除了流动相的体积梯度,使得Rf值更接近比移率R,为色谱基本理论在薄层色谱技术中的应用和柱色谱与平板色谱数据的互换创造了条件。如将该法与现代高效薄层色谱技术结合将有广阔的应用前景。
This paper explored the theoretical basis of the high-speed thin-layer chromatography method using centrifugal force to drive the mobile phase. A model test was conducted to verify the good linearity, wide flow range, and adjustable nature of the mobile phase flow rate in this method. The method eliminates the volume gradient of the mobile phase and makes the Rf value closer to the relative shift rate R, which creates the conditions for the application of chromatographic basic theory in the thin layer chromatography technology and the exchange of the data between the column chromatography and the plate chromatography. If this method is combined with modern high-performance thin-layer chromatography technology, it will have broad application prospects.
