门诊是医院的形象和窗口,病人进入医院首先看到接触到的是导诊人员,从某种意义上讲,提供什么样的导诊服务代表了一个医院的服务理念和服务水平。由此可见,做好导诊服务对于树立医院形象,打造医院服务品牌具有重要意义-我院是大型骨科专科医院,急诊创伤病人在门诊就诊时以病情重、急为特点,陈旧伤病人首次在我院门诊就诊时,因已多次、多方就医,持有疑问、探究的心理,或已身心疲惫,经济拮据。所以患者在门诊就诊时具有一定的特殊性。这就要求导医人员具有较高的业务能力和素质。
The outpatient service is the image and window of the hospital. When the patient enters the hospital, he first sees contact with the clinician. In a sense, what kinds of guidance services are provided represent the service concept and service level of a hospital. From this it can be seen that good guidance service is of great significance in establishing the image of the hospital and creating a hospital service brand. Our hospital is a large orthopaedic specialty hospital. Emergency trauma patients are characterized by serious illness and urgency during outpatient visits. Old patients are injured for the first time. When I was attending the clinic in our hospital, I had had multiple medical visits. I was in possession of doubts, the psychology of inquiry, or my mental and physical exhaustion, and my financial difficulties. Therefore, patients have a certain degree of particularity when they visit the clinic. This requires leading medical personnel to have high business capabilities and qualities.
