本文以论我国旅游景区发展中的问题及其对策为研究对象,首先介绍了我国旅游景区的管理模式,有分而治之的管理模式,政府直管模式,部门管理模式;文章的第二部从景区自身角度指明了景区发展过程中的问题,景区的环境破坏严重,景区的管理松散,景区员工的薪资待遇水平较低;第三部分从游客角度指明了景区发展过程中存在的问题,景区票价不稳定且随意上涨,景区的服务设施和服务态度较差,景区和游客之间的互动联系不多,景区网络营销和线上营销开展情况不尽如人意;最后论述了旅游景区升级发展的重点举措,员工工资和福利待遇的发放实行弹性调整,景区的管理部门加强集权,加强对游客的宣传力度,开展网络营销和电子商务的尝试。
