在近期全球科技股遭遇寒流的不利市场环境下,新浪旗下微博业务于4月17日晚正式登陆纳斯达克,成为全球范围内首家上市的中文社交媒体。微博上市被看做是一场迟来的盛宴。在一些业内人士看来,虽然Twitter和微博都走上了上市的路,但Twitter上市被称作是成人礼加冕,而此时微博却经历着惨淡的寒冬,活跃度大幅降低。对微博来说,目前在国内,还要面临竞争对手微信的挑战和威胁。
In the recent unfavorable market conditions in which global technology stocks have been caught in the cold, Sina’s Weibo business officially landed on NASDAQ on the evening of April 17, making it the first Chinese social media listed on the world market.
