山东省酿酒葡萄科研所对承担的“葡萄汁生产工艺技术的研究”及“葡萄组织培养快速育苗技术研究”二个课题,于1986年11月19～20日在济南通过鉴定。参加鉴定会的有大专院校、科研单位及工厂的专家、教授等二十多人。与会代表一致认为:葡萄汁生产工艺技术的研究符合人民饮食结构改善的需要,是我省首次对制汁优良葡萄品种和加工工艺技术全面系统的研究,选出了制汁品种,采用的工艺技术合理可行,产品酸甜 Shandong Province Wine Grape Research Institute to undertake the “grape juice production technology” and “grape tissue culture rapid seedling technology research” two issues, in 1986 November 19 to 20 in Jinan passed the appraisal.
