山东省酿酒葡萄科研所对承担的“葡萄汁生产工艺技术的研究”及“葡萄组织培养快速育苗技术研究”二个课题,于1986年11月19~20日在济南通过鉴定。参加鉴定会的有大专院校、科研单位及工厂的专家、教授等二十多人。与会代表一致认为:葡萄汁生产工艺技术的研究符合人民饮食结构改善的需要,是我省首次对制汁优良葡萄品种和加工工艺技术全面系统的研究,选出了制汁品种,采用的工艺技术合理可行,产品酸甜
