由于许多微生物长期定居于口腔中,并不断地生长繁殖,不断地相互竞争和拮抗,从而构成了口腔的微生态环境。当细菌在微生态中达到了一定的浓度时,其会分泌及感应特定的信号分子,由此产生一系列协调菌群生物学行为的作用。近年来口腔微生物的信号传导受到了较多的关注并取得了一定的研究进展。本文就口腔链球菌密度感应系统在口腔感染中的作用机制为研究做一综述。
Since many microorganisms settle in the oral cavity for a long time and continue to grow and multiply, they constantly compete and antagonize each other, thus forming the oral micro-ecological environment. When the bacteria reach a certain concentration in the micro-ecology, they will secrete and induce specific signal molecules, resulting in a series of coordinated flora biological effects. In recent years, oral microbes have received more attention and have made some progress in their signal transduction. This article reviews the mechanism of oral streptococcal density sensing system in oral infections.
