目的 探讨儿童严重肱骨髁上骨折合并神经损伤早期积极切开复位、神经探查整复的必要性及术后肘关节功能、神经功能康复。方法 本组 4 8例均早期切开复位 ,同时行神经探查整复术 ,术后施行早期功能锻炼及促进神经功能恢复的一系列非手术治疗。结果 随访 36例 ,其肘关节功能及神经功能术后恢复 :优 2 9例 ,良 5例 ,差 2例。结论 对小儿严重肱骨髁上骨折合并神经损伤宜早期切开复位并行神经探查整复 ,术后早期积极地功能康复训练对骨折愈合及肘关节功能恢复至关重要
Objective To investigate the need of active exploration and repair of severe supracondylar fractures of humerus and early nerve injury in children and the rehabilitation of elbow joint function and neurological function after operation. Methods Forty-eight cases underwent early open reduction and resection. At the same time, we performed nerve exploration and reconstructive surgery, followed by a series of non-surgical treatment after early functional exercise and neurological functional recovery. Results The follow-up of 36 cases, elbow function and neurological recovery after surgery: excellent in 29 cases, good in 5 cases and poor in 2 cases. Conclusions In children with severe supracondylar fracture of humerus and nerve injury, early open reduction and parallel nerve exploration should be performed. In the early postoperative period, active functional rehabilitation training is very important for fracture healing and elbow joint function recovery
