对挤压ZA16合金在不同加工量下冷拔加工后的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:ZA16合金铸态组织为基体η相和网状分布的白色α相,无网状共晶组织(β+η)相出现;材料的抗拉强度随着加工量的增大而减小;挤压和拉拔后,材料出现加工软化。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of the extruded ZA16 alloy after cold drawing at different processing rates were studied. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy ZA16 is white α phase with no phase and no (β + η) phase. The tensile strength of the alloy decreases with the increase of processing volume ; After extrusion and drawing, the material appears to soften.
