报告输尿管急性梗阻性无尿4例，手术治疗3例，非手术治疗1例，4例肾功能均恢复正常，均出现多尿期。认为治疗关键在于及时解除梗阻，若一时不能解除原发病因，可先行血液透析或经皮穿刺肾盂造瘘，待全身情况好转以后再手术处理原发病因。
Reported 4 cases of acute obstructive ureter obstruction, 3 cases of surgical treatment, 1 case of non-surgical treatment, 4 cases of renal function returned to normal, were polyuria. That the key to treatment is the timely lifting of the obstruction, if the primary cause can not be lifted, hemodialysis or percutaneous puncture pyeloplasty can be performed until the general condition improved after surgery to deal with the primary cause.
