在形变温度1233K,形变速率3.3×10-3s-1的试验条件下,采用拉伸变形试验方法研究了含Ti无间隙原子钢(IF钢)高温变形对铁素体晶粒尺寸的影响。讨论了高温变形奥氏体组织状态(动态回复和动态再结晶)、等温保持时间和冷却速度对铁素体晶粒大小的影响。
Under the condition of deformation temperature 1233K and deformation rate 3.3 × 10-3s-1, the effect of high-temperature deformation of Ti-containing interstitial-free atomic steel (IF steel) on ferrite grain size was studied by means of tensile deformation test . The effects of high temperature austenite microstructure (dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization), isothermal holding time and cooling rate on ferrite grain size were discussed.
