在分析目前电力系统控制、维护、技术管理3个方面存在问题的基础上,讨论了将三者有机地集成到一起构成一个统一的智能的控制-维护-技术管理集成系统(ICMMS)的思想;通过ICMMS参考模型分析了ICMMS的含义;介绍了ICMMS的体系结构;分析了ICMMS中基于智能单元和总线结构的智能特征和分布特征,基于功能集成、目标集成、信息集成的集成特征,以及基于总线结构和标准化的开放特征。对ICMMS在中国电力系统自动化领域中的应用前景充满信心。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of power system control, maintenance and technical management, this paper discusses the idea of integrating all three together to form a unified intelligent control-maintenance-technology management integrated system (ICMMS) The meaning of ICMMS is analyzed through ICMMS reference model. The architecture of ICMMS is introduced. The intelligent features and distribution features of ICMMS based on smart element and bus structure are analyzed. The integrated features based on function integration, target integration and information integration, Structural and standardized open features. Confidence in the application of ICMMS in China’s power system automation.
