本文对“广东石油化工学院—中兴通讯ICT产教融合”人才培养中存在的问题进行分析总结,提出了以市场需求为导向的人才培养模式建设思路,把企业“PDCA”循环管理模式应用到人才培养中,通过对培养方案、培养模式、考核方式和计划修订循环模式逐步提高人才质量。PDCA循环法能够实现学生专业技能和社会需求相对接,使学生掌握行业标准,孕育现代企业意识,提升职业素养,同时也能够减少企业的人力资源培训成本,提高市场竞争能力,为社会培养急需的专业技能人才。
