新形势下,武钢工会通过理论创新和实践创新,探索形成了“四个每一天”国企工会工作新模式。即:“让职工立足岗位干好每一天,关爱职工每一天,让职工快乐每一天,创新工会工作每一天”。把维护职工合法权益与推进企业发展结合起来,引导职工“立足岗位干好每一天”在职工权益与企业发展这一对矛盾中,发展始终是主要矛盾。发动职工“立足岗位干好每一天”,提高企业经济效益,实质上是工会维权的基础工程。
Under the new situation, Wugang unions explored a new mode of “four daily” trade union work through theoretical innovation and practical innovation. That is: “Let workers base their jobs on a good day, care for employees every day, make workers happy every day, and innovate the work of trade unions every day.” To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promote the development of enterprises combine to guide workers “based on the position to do a good job every day” in the rights and interests of workers and business development of this contradiction, the development has always been the main contradiction. The mobilization of workers to “do a good job on a daily basis” based on their posts and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is essentially the basic project of safeguarding the rights of trade unions.
