比较两种国产卡维地洛治疗高血压病的疗效和安全性。方法：轻、中度高血压病患者１６８例，随机分为山东组８８例，深圳组８０例，两组分别给予各自药厂生产的卡维地洛片１０ｍｇ，口服，２次／ｄ，疗程均为４周。结果：治疗４周后两组的血压及心率较治疗前均有显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗高血压的总有效率山东组为９１％，深圳组为９０％。两组降压幅度和疗效比较差异均无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：两种国产卡维地洛治疗高血压病均安全有效。
Compare the efficacy and safety of two kinds of domestic carvedilol in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: A total of 168 patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into Shandong group (88 cases) and Shenzhen group (80 cases). The two groups were given carvedilol tablets (10mg) orally and twice daily All for 4 weeks. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure and heart rate of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). The total effective rate of treatment of hypertension was 91% in Shandong group and 90% in Shenzhen group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood pressure reduction rate and efficacy (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Both domestic and domestic carvedilol are safe and effective in treating hypertension.
