阐述了矿用管缆单轨吊制动器的工作原理,设计一种新型弹簧制动器。对弹簧制动器进行受力分析,重点对弹簧进行选型设计。通过Solidworks Simulation有限元软件分析制动闸块工作状态下的强度与刚度,应力与应变结果验证了弹簧制动器设计的合理性。
The working principle of mine tube and cable monorail crane was expounded and a new type of spring brake was designed. The spring brake force analysis, focusing on the spring selection design. The strength and stiffness of the brake block under working condition were analyzed by Solidworks Simulation finite element software. The results of stress and strain verified the rationality of the design of the spring brake.
