为探讨患者骨质疏松时骨矿物含量与骨骼形态变化的相关性,对259例骨质疏松症患者用双能X城骨密度测量仪(DEXA)同步进行骨矿物含量测定和形态学分析,并预测骨折危险性。通过骨密度(BMD)、脊柱椎体前高(A)、中高(M)和后高(P)的测量及分析得出结合指数。结果表明:当结合指数<-5SD时,即提示出现骨质疏松骨折。
In order to explore the correlation between bone mineral content and skeletal morphological changes in patients with osteoporosis, bone mineral content and morphological analysis were simultaneously performed in 259 patients with osteoporosis by dual energy X-city bone mineral density meter (DEXA) Predict fracture risk. Binding index was determined by measurement and analysis of bone mineral density (BMD), anterior vertebral height (A), mid-height (M) and posterior height (P) The results showed that: when the binding index <-5SD, it prompted the emergence of osteoporotic fractures.
