4月4日,2013年度合肥市政风行风评议名次揭晓,合肥集团公司在全市参评的21家公共服务类行业中,排名由2012年度的第13名,一举跃升到2013年度的第5名。公交服务群众满意度指数一年跨越八个台阶,书写了公交发展史上的新辉煌。近年来,集团公司以服务文明城市、公交都市创建为目标,提升服务质量,改善服务环境,不断提高市民满意度。结合服务“公交都市”示范城市创建丁作与推进“双星工程”升级达标,集团公司连续推出一系列举措改进服务,公交线网布局、营运管理、服务设施等得到较大改善,公交职工思想作风、服务水平有了进一步提高,呈现喜人
