本文用光塑性方法研究了低碳钢一类金属材料在用平行刃剪切机进行切断过程中的弹塑性应力状态与变形机理,它为完善剪切力的计算方法,为旨在提高断口质量的精密剪切工作和进一步建立一个与实际相符的力学模型提供了依据。
In this paper, the plastic-plastic method was used to study the elastic-plastic stress state and deformation mechanism of a kind of low carbon steel metal material in the process of cutting with parallel edge shear. It is the calculation method to improve the shear force, The precise shear work and to further establish a practical model consistent with the mechanics provided the basis.
