一、前言为了满足我厂基建改造的需要,急需解决改造中对废旧水泥基础的拆除和清理工作的气动破碎机,虽然我厂在解放前从美国买了几台气动水泥基础破碎机,但是都已经过多次修理,有的已经损废,无法满足基建改造的需要。为此,工厂提出了仿制课题,由于原气动破碎机的缸体是模锻件,我厂试制批量小不可能模锻,故1966年第一次试制时缸体采用ZG25铸造,但是在机加工时发现缸体缩孔和缩松严重,不能使用,致使第一次试制失败。因此,解决缸体材料问题就成了试制的关键。
