目的探讨磁导向纳米磁微粒定向栓塞脑动静脉畸形(CAVM)的有效性和可靠性。方法将建立了CAVM模型的15头小猪随机分为3组:磁导向组(聚焦磁场导向,n=6),非磁导向组(无聚焦磁场导向,n=6)和对照组(不做任何处理n=3),前两组均采用纳米磁微粒栓塞CAVM。分别在栓塞后1周进行DSA和B超声检查,观察栓塞效果。结果磁导向组在栓塞1周后DSA显示,CAVM和引流静脉几乎全部消失。术后1周B超示引流静脉无血流,右侧颈静脉血栓形成;平均流速为0,与非磁导向组的(70.22±2.26)cm/s和对照组的(75.53±2.24)cm/s相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论实验证实在磁场作用下,纳米磁微粒可以有效地、可靠地靶向栓塞小猪的CAVM。这可能为临床治疗CAVM提供了新的途径和栓塞材料。
Objective To investigate the validity and reliability of magnetically guided magnetic nanoparticle directed embolism cerebral arteriovenous malformations (CAVM). Methods Fifteen piglets with CAVM model were randomly divided into three groups: magnetic guidance group (focusing magnetic field orientation, n = 6), non-magnetic guidance group (focusing magnetic field orientation, n = 6) and control group Any treatment n = 3), the first two groups were using nano-magnetic particle embolization CAVM. DSA and B ultrasound were performed 1 week after embolization to observe the embolization effect. Results After 1 week of embolization, the DSA showed that CAVM and drainage veins almost disappeared. At 1 week after operation, the patients with B-mode drainage showed no blood flow and the right jugular vein thrombosis. The average flow rate was 0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.22 ± 2.26 cm / s vs 75.53 ± 2.24 cm / s, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Experiments confirmed that under the action of magnetic field, nano-magnetic particles can effectively and reliably target the CAVM of embolized piglets. This may provide a new way for clinical treatment of CAVM and embolic material.
