内钢板高强钢纤维混凝土复合井壁水平承载力受多因素影响。作者采用相似理论对水平承载力的影响因素进行了分析,并对典型参数模拟分析,得到了影响水平承载力的显著性因素依次为:混凝土厚度、内钢板厚度、混凝土强度等级。根据对大量模拟结果的回归分析,得到了复合井壁的水平承载力计算公式,该公式考虑的几何因素有内钢板厚度和钢纤维混凝土厚度,并且考虑了钢纤维混凝土强度等级。最后通过物理模型试验,说明了计算公式的可靠性,并且提出使用时需乘以0.9的系数进行折减。
The horizontal bearing capacity of high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete composite shaft in inner steel plate is affected by many factors. The author uses similarity theory to analyze the influencing factors of horizontal bearing capacity, and analyzes the typical parameters. The significant factors that affect the horizontal bearing capacity are as follows: concrete thickness, inner steel plate thickness and concrete strength grade. According to the regression analysis of a large number of simulation results, the formula for horizontal bearing capacity of composite shaft lining is obtained. The geometrical factors considered in this formula are the inner steel plate thickness and the thickness of steel fiber reinforced concrete, and the strength grade of steel fiber reinforced concrete is taken into account. Finally, through the physical model test, the reliability of the calculation formula is demonstrated, and the coefficient which is multiplied by 0.9 is proposed to be used for reduction.
