本文对1963～1978年首都医院收治209例腮腺肿瘤的病理分类、治疗及随访结果进行了分析讨论。病理分类参照WHO涎腺肿瘤组织学分类:①多形性腺瘤,本组共125例,其中典型多形性腺瘤39例,上皮成分为主者27例,间质成分为主者59例;②单形性腺瘤,本组共20例,其中腺淋巴瘤11例,其他类型9例;此外本组尚有粘液表皮癌16例,腺泡细胞癌14例,腺样囊性癌10例,多形性腺癌恶变及恶性混合瘤各9及3例。作者等在治疗上重点指出:①
