1 以铰代镗的目的 我们原来采用双面卧式组合机床加工柴油机进、排气摇臂孔,一面钻孔,另一面粗、精镗摇臂中孔(φ22H8)并刮端面。由于镗孔的生产率低,满足不了大批量生产的需要,而且精镗孔时要靠手工调刀,不稳定。此外,原采用滑套式动力头镗孔,由于滑套磨损,间隙加大,镗孔时引起振动,影响了孔的银度、圆度及表面粗糙度,刮两端面时产生振痕。 因此,我们采用钻、扩、铰代替了原来的钻、粗镗、精镗加工工艺。

Therefore, we use drilling, expansion, hinge instead of the original drilling, rough boring, fine boring process.
