采用金属型、石膏芯复合铸造工艺生产液力变矩器铝涡轮,使涡轮铸造表面的尺寸精度达到±0.5mm,流道表面粗糙度Ra<6.3μm。通过石膏芯的修整,保证了叶片根部圆角的形成,这对提高铸造铝合金涡轮的质量、改善液力变矩器的液力传动质量有着重要的意义。
