飞机起落架放下和收起状态作动筒的剩余行程是起落架装配准确度的重要指标,起落架舱内定位孔的制造误差是影响剩余行程的重要因素。以某国产飞机起落架为例,将直接线性法(DLM)用于剩余行程对定位孔的敏感度分析,提出了基于主成分分析法(PCA)的剩余行程偏差建模与容差优化方法。通过偏差模型预测剩余行程偏差分布,根据偏差模型对定位孔进行容差优化将剩余行程的偏差分布集中在原点附近,提高起落架装配准确度。

Taking a domestic aircraft landing gear as an example, the direct linear method (DLM) was used to analyze the sensitivity of the remaining stroke to the positioning hole. A method of residual stroke deviation modeling and tolerance optimization based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was proposed. The deviation model is used to predict the distribution of the residual travel deviation. The tolerance model is optimized for the positioning hole according to the deviation model. The distribution of the residual travel deviations is concentrated near the origin to improve the accuracy of the landing gear assembly.
