情绪是一种主观的、不稳定的、经常变化的心理体验,是人的感情的具体体现。它可以激励或抑制人的运动行为。对于体育教学来说,积极的情绪可以提高人的运动能力和学习效率;反之,消极的情绪则会降低人的活动能力和学习效果。运动技能的形成和运动水平的提高依赖于人的身体和心理的创造力。因而,情绪是体育教学中不可缺少的“燃料”和驱动力,缺少了它学生就不可能发挥出自身的运动潜能,他们的身、心力量及其运动技能将无法真正施展开来。但是,有些情绪或过量应激的某些情绪也会影响学生的运动水平和教学效果。其中:焦虑就是最常见的一种消极情绪。
Emotion is a kind of subjective, unstable and often changing psychological experience, which is the concrete manifestation of human emotion. It can motivate or inhibit the movement of people. For physical education, positive emotions can improve people’s motor ability and learning efficiency; the contrary, negative emotions will reduce the ability of people to move and learning. The formation of motor skills and the improvement of exercise level depend on the human body and psychological creativity. Therefore, emotion is the indispensable “fuel” and driving force in PE teaching. Without them, students can not exert their own sports potential, and their physical and mental strength and their motor skills will not be able to truly exert their influence. However, some emotions, such as emotional or excessive stress, can also affect students’ performance and effectiveness. Among them: anxiety is the most common negative emotion.
