【目的】综合鉴定及评价苦瓜的耐冷性,为苦瓜耐冷性资源筛选提供参考依据。【方法】在低温条件下测定17份苦瓜资源的发芽势、活力指数、冷害指数及花粉萌发率等指标,利用主成分分析和模糊评价法中的隶属函数进行耐冷性排序,结合两种方法的排序结果,进一步采用主成分值、隶属函数值与原始数据进行聚类分析,综合鉴定及评价苦瓜资源的耐冷性。【结果】主成分分析结果显示,活力指数和冷害指数对苦瓜耐冷性具有较高载荷,其系数分别为0.795和0.923,可作为苦瓜耐冷性鉴定的重要指标;结合主成分值、隶属函数值排序,可将供试的17份苦瓜资源耐冷性聚类为高度低温敏感型、中度低温敏感型、低温敏感型、耐冷型、中度耐冷型和高度耐冷型6种类型。【结论】基于主成分分析和模糊评价法建立的苦瓜耐冷性综合鉴定与评价体系适用于苦瓜资源耐冷性鉴定与评价。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to synthetically identify and evaluate the cold tolerance of bitter gourd, and to provide a reference for the screening of the resources of cold tolerance in bitter gourd. 【Method】 The indexes of germination potential, vitality index, chilling injury index and pollen germination rate of 17 bitter gourd resources were measured under low temperature conditions. The cold tolerance indexes were obtained by membership function of principal component analysis and fuzzy evaluation. Combining the two methods Sort results, further using principal component values, membership functions and the original data clustering analysis, comprehensive identification and evaluation of bitter gourd resources cold tolerance. 【Result】 The results of principal component analysis showed that vitality index and chilling injury index had a higher load on cold tolerance of balsam pear, with coefficients of 0.795 and 0.923 respectively, which could be used as an important index for identification of cold tolerance of balsam pear. By combining principal component values and membership functions , The cold tolerance of 17 bitter gourd resources could be clustered into 6 types, which are highly low temperature sensitive, moderate low temperature sensitive, low temperature sensitive, cold tolerant, moderately cold tolerant and highly cold tolerant. 【Conclusion】 The comprehensive identification and evaluation system of bitter gourd cold tolerance based on principal component analysis and fuzzy evaluation method is suitable for the identification and evaluation of cold tolerance of bitter gourd resources.
