本文分析了合金元素对铁素体溶碳能力的影响。通过计算和验证表明,合金铁素体的溶碳能力可以超过传统概念中的含量,高速钢中合金铁素体对碳的固溶度可达0.15%左右,从而为低温渗碳提供了理论依据。高速钢刀具采用低温渗碳可提高使用寿命1~3倍。
This paper analyzes the effect of alloying elements on the ability of ferrite to dissolve carbon. Calculations and verifications show that the ability of alloy ferrite to dissolve carbon can surpass the traditional concept. The solid solution of alloy ferrite in high-speed steel can reach about 0.15%, which provides a theoretical basis for low-temperature carburization . High-speed steel cutting tools using low-temperature carburizing can improve the service life of 1 to 3 times.
