我们大家都有这样的体会,把一种先进的道德要求内化为全社会每个人自愿性的行为,绝非易事,即使是某件很简单的事情,如不在公共场所吸烟、吐痰及大声喧哗之类,几乎每个角落都有这样的提示语或标示牌,可我们所见到违反这种道德的行为人仍不少。现代社会中的博物馆,和我们所知的其他行业一样,都是因为社会分工的不同而形成的一个职业团体,博物馆的建设当然离不开在博物馆工作的人以及他们的职业操守,在我看来,就博物馆而言,道德的实践和形成过程更多地体现在博物馆员工的职
All of us have the feeling that it is no easy task to internalize an advanced moral requirement into a voluntary act for everyone in our society. Even a very simple matter, such as not smoking, spitting in public places and Loud noises and the like, there are prompts or signboards in almost every corner, but we still see many violations of this morality. Museums in modern society, like other industries we know, are all professional organizations formed by the different social division of labor. The construction of museums certainly can not be separated from those who work in museums and their professional ethics.
