张雷先生在95年第2期《公关世界》上发表《企业公关和企业公关学的哲学思考》(以下简称《哲》)一文,提出了“企业内部公关的提法是逻辑悖论”的新命题。随后,徐美恒先生在该刊第8期发文,对张雷先生的观点提出不同看法。笔者仅以对公关的粗略了解,谈点个人认识。《哲》文的主要观点我是非常赞同的,而且对作者敢于创新的精神甚为佩服,但对其否定企业内部公关存在的论点不敢苟同。

The author only discusses personal knowledge with a rough understanding of public relations. I strongly agree with the main points of the ”Zhe" article, and I admire the author’s courage to innovate. However, he disagrees with the argument against the existence of public relations within the company.
