TQC(全面质量管理)本身有它自己的技术内容,其数学基础是数理统计,而工厂常用的方法则为统计分层法、排列图法、直方图法、正交设计及因果图(鱼骨图)等多种。只有把这些内容吃透,才能得心应手地运用一些具体方法。现以大型加热炉(三段连续式加热炉)的节能为例,详细说明因果图的内容和应用,及由此探讨锻压加热炉的节能技改方向、管理原则和节能效果。
TQC (Total Quality Management) itself has its own technical content, the mathematical basis of which is mathematical statistics, and the factory commonly used methods for statistical stratification, arranged graph method, histogram method, orthogonal design and causal map (fish bone Figure) and many other. Only through these contents thoroughly, can we use some specific methods. Taking the energy saving of a large heating furnace (three-stage continuous heating furnace) as an example, the content and application of the cause-effect diagram are explained in detail, and the direction of energy-saving technological transformation, management principles and energy-saving effect of the forging heating furnace are discussed.
