首先肯定了聚酯纤维的广阔发展前景,明确了熔体直纺成为生产聚酯纤维的关键技术,指出了我国现有聚酯纤维品种存在的突出矛盾。依据混合装置中混合器的特征,将熔体直纺在线添加分为四种类型。分别介绍了各种类型在线添加装置的特点,并结合具体实例,阐述了各自生产差别化聚酯纤维的工艺流程。重点介绍了国际先进的用于高粘流体的动态混合器的结构及混合原理。最后,提出熔体直纺在线添加技术将成为生产差别化、功能化聚酯纤维的主要技术。
First of all, affirmed the broad prospects for the development of polyester fibers, made clear that the direct melt melt as a key technology for the production of polyester fibers, pointed out the existing prominent varieties of polyester fiber contradictions in our country. Depending on the characteristics of the mixer in the mixing unit, there are four types of direct melt melt additions on-line. The characteristics of various types of on-line adding devices are respectively introduced, and the process flow of producing different differentiated polyester fibers are expounded in combination with specific examples. The structure and mixing principle of the international advanced dynamic mixer for highly viscous fluid are mainly introduced. Finally, it is proposed that the melt spinning direct-on-line technology will become the main technology for producing differentiated and functionalized polyester fibers.
