采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等对西安体育学院体操俱乐部的发展现状及其困境进行分析。结果显示,当前西安体育学院体操俱乐部的发展受到经费来源、管理模式、教练员水平、场地设施等因素的制约。建议改善场地设施状况,拓宽资金来源,提高教练员水平,加强宣传力度,建立完善等级及奖励制度。 The present situation and the dilemma of gymnastics clubs in Xi’an Physical Education Institute are analyzed by means of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews. The results show that the current Xi’an Gymnastics Gymnastics Club’s development by funding sources, management models, coaches level, venue facilities and other factors. It is suggested to improve the facilities and facilities of the venues, broaden the sources of funds, raise the level of coaches, step up publicity and establish a sound system of grading and reward.
