柴河水库右坝段地基的渗流控制效果是十多年来一直有疑虑的问题。本文应用测压管观测资料分析了坝基中实际出现的最大水力比降,并利用室内试验确定了坝基砂砾石层与淤泥层之间的允许接触冲刷水力比降。同时,通过观测资料的分析及室内试验资料的论证,认为右坝基的渗流控制措施可以满足防渗和渗透稳定的要求,肯定了大坝可以投入正常运行,因而柴河大坝已于1986年投入正常运行。
The seepage control effect of the right dam section of Chaihe reservoir has been a question of concern for more than a decade. In this paper, piezometric tube observational data are used to analyze the maximum hydraulic ratio drop actually occurring in the dam foundation. The indoor test is used to determine the allowable hydraulic gradient of contact erosion between the gravel layer and the silt layer in the dam foundation. At the same time, through the analysis of observation data and the verification of laboratory test data, it is considered that the seepage control measures at the right dam foundation can meet the requirements of seepage prevention and infiltration stability, and confirm that the dam can be put into normal operation. Therefore, the Chaihe Dam was put into operation in 1986 normal operation.
