21世纪“人”成为企业发展得重要资源,企业要想在现代社会的发展中取得进步,就必须改变管理模式。本文从传统人事管理与现代人力资源的管理的内涵,两者之间的异同之处做了全面地分析,并提出了转变的途径。
In the 21st century “people ” has become an important resource for the development of enterprises. If enterprises want to make progress in the development of modern society, they must change their management mode.
