食盐是国家两大专营专卖产品之一。由于我国社会主义市场经济改革深入,人们对于社会主义市场经济本质有了深入了解,对原有的食盐专营制度随之也产生了一些争议。国家对食盐专卖制度的改革也步入矛盾重重且布局谨慎的实际操作阶段。本文将以市场竞争理论为分析路径,对原有的食盐专营制度理论所存在的缺陷进行探讨,对我国现行盐业制度所存在的问题进行分析,并对中国当代盐业发展予以展望。
Salt is one of two major franchise products in the country. Due to the deepening reform of the socialist market economy in our country, people have a deep understanding of the nature of the socialist market economy and there has been some controversy over the existing salt monopoly system. The state reform of salt monopoly system also entered a contradictory and cautious layout of the actual operation. This article will take the market competition theory as the analysis path to discuss the defects existing in the original salt monopoly system theory and to analyze the problems existing in the present salt industry system in our country and to prospect the development of contemporary salt industry in China.
