拉美国家在19世纪初取得独立后,经过长达一个多世纪的艰苦努力,社会经济和政治面貌发生了重大变化,有的还跃入了新兴工业化国家的行列。考察拉美国家的现代化进程,从追求“欧化”到探求一条符合本国国情的现代化,走过一条漫长而曲折的道路。其这方面的成败得失给我们提供了一些什么重要启示,很有必要进行一番认真的研究。本文就此提出一些粗浅的看法。 After the Latin American countries gained their independence in the early 19th century, after more than a century of painstaking efforts, great changes have taken place in the socio-economic and political landscapes. Some have even jumped into the ranks of newly industrialized countries. The process of modernization in Latin America and the United States is examined. From the pursuit of “Europeanization” to the search for a modernization that is in keeping with its own national conditions, it has come a long and tortuous path. The success or failure of this aspect provides us with some important revelations and it is necessary to carry out some serious studies. This article put forward some superficial views on this.
