高层建筑一般有较深的基础和地下室,当建设场地土层较深时,通常需要对深基坑支护才可以施工,这不仅要花费大量支护的费用和较长的工期,有时还很难保证邻近的建筑物的安全。本法是先作挖孔桩后,在其护壁内从基础梁顶面起将柱引到室内地面标高,在室内地面标高处形成完整的梁板体系,从上向下逆作,施工地下室侧墙、梁板和基础结构,不需单独的基坑支护,同时可正常地向上施工主体结构,该设计施工方法,不仅节省了基坑支护结构,保证了邻近建筑物的安全,而且从室内地面标高起,开辟了向下向上双工作面,大量缩短工期,具有很好的技术经济效益。
