针对一起有机热载体锅炉介质泄漏事故,通过事故现场检查、破口宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、介质化验分析阐述了有机热载体锅炉泄漏事故的起因。分析认为,由于运行管理不善、辅助装置选型不当、自动控制和保护装置失灵,导致介质严重过热裂解和变质,进而管壁超温过热,最终造成泄漏事故。结合锅炉检验方面的工作经验,提出了有机热载体锅炉安全使用的建议以及相关措施,对其安全管理具有参考意义。
Aimed at the media leakage accident of the organic heat carrier boiler, the cause of the leakage accident of the organic heat carrier boiler was expounded by accident site inspection, breaking macro inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis and medium test analysis. Analysis, due to poor management, auxiliary equipment selection improper, automatic control and protection device failure, leading to serious overheating of the media cracking and deterioration, and then overheating the wall overheating, eventually leading to leakage. Combined with the working experience of boiler inspection, the suggestion of safe use of organic heat carrier boiler and the related measures are put forward, which have reference significance to its safety management.
