“一国两制”是邓小平同志集中全党智慧,从我国的实际情况出发,为解决港澳等问题而提出的重大战略决策。它体现了中国共产党在新的历史条件下,原则性与策略的灵活性的高度统一,体现了求实与创新的思想特色。弹丸之地的香港有六百多万市民,其中绝大多数是靠工薪生活的工人群众,因此,他们的劳动生活状况、社会、政治地位将会极大的影响香港市民的动向。现在香港回归一年了,香港工人运动的现状及发展趋势如何?有哪些新问题、新特点?都需要我们去研究和探索。笔者认为,“一国两制”下的香港工人运动将作为工运 “One country, two systems” is a major strategic decision put forward by Comrade Deng Xiaoping to concentrate the wisdom of the entire party and proceed from the actual conditions of our country and solve the problems of Hong Kong and Macao. It reflects the highly unification of principle and tactics flexibility of the Chinese Communist Party under the new historical conditions, and reflects the realistic and innovative ideological features. There are more than six million citizens in Hong Kong, the vast majority of whom are working-wage workers. Therefore, their living conditions, social and political status will greatly affect the behavior of Hong Kong citizens. Now that Hong Kong has returned to the present year, what are the status quo and development trend of the Hong Kong workers’ movement? What are the new problems and new features?
