两年试验初步证实,在高梁上用不同方法和不同时期使用三十烷醇,都有促进生长,增加产量的效果。尤以初花期使用0.5ppm浓度进行整株喷施效果最好,可比对照增产12.6%。0.5ppm浓度浸种处理也有一定的增产效果,可比对照增产6.4%。浸种处理可以促进根系发育,同时促进地上和地下部分的干物质积累。整株喷施可以扩大叶面积,增加叶绿素含量,改善光合能力。后期喷施有延缓旗叶衰老,维持后期叶片光合功能的作用。从而积累光合产物增加粒重,提高产量。
