人体头发硒含量可反映近期对硒的摄入水平。可是由于某些病理和生理因素,有时不能采得样品。而指甲易于采集,能反映硒的长期富集。它在硒的流行病学和慢性病的研究上可能有用。美国哈佛大学 Morris 等人用中子活化法测定了脚趾甲中的硒含量。但是,该法所用的仪器设备非一般实验室所能具备,不能广泛利用。迄今,再未见到有关测定指甲硒的报道。本实验按 Wilkie 的方法经中国医学科学院克山病防治小分队改进的方法,根据自己的实验条件建立了用2.3—二氨基萘(2.3—Diaminona Phthalene,简称 DAN)荧光法测定
Selenium content of human hair can reflect the recent intake of selenium levels. However, due to some pathological and physiological factors, sometimes can not obtain samples. The nail is easy to collect, can reflect the long-term enrichment of selenium. It may be useful in the study of the epidemiology and chronic diseases of selenium. Morris et al., Harvard University, USA, determined the content of selenium in toenails by neutron activation method. However, the instruments and equipment used in this Act are not available in the general laboratory and can not be widely used. So far, no report on the determination of finger nails selenium. This experiment according to Wilkie’s method by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Keshan disease prevention and control unit improved method according to their own experimental conditions established with 2.3-diaminonaphthalene (DAN) fluorescence method
