自1984年以来,扎赫特莱本(Sachtleben)矿山公司已在梅根(Meggen)矿地下开采中开发并应用了电动无轨运输技术。在北莱茵-威斯特法伦州的许多研究与开发项目中,一个由电动铲运机(Elektro-Fahrlader),电动自卸汽车及一条1000V的架线组成的系统已在矿山开发成功并得以完善,而且一部分已获得国家专利。最终通过使用拖曳电缆和架线上的集电器车大大地改进了电动装载机(Elektrolader)的灵活性。这个带有电气安全接线监视器及适宜的集电器系统已在梅根矿的一个采区中充分显示出了其适应性及生产能力。而成本的对比又表明,即便不考虑对通风系统的优点,电动系统仍不比柴油驱动系统逊色。由于受到装载机拖曳电缆的限制,这种电动运输技术的应用一直还局限于某些使用范围之内。在狭小区域内可布置许多开采工作面的大型级倾斜矿床以及存在通风问题的矿山适于应用这种技术。在世界上这种技术将随着开采深度的不断加深会得以进一步的推广。
Since 1984, Sachtleben Mines Company has developed and implemented electric trolley transport technology in the underground mining of the Meggen mine. In many research and development projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, a system consisting of an Elektro-Fahrlader, an electric dump truck and a 1000V overhead line has been developed in the mine and is capable of Perfect, and part of the country has won the patent. Ultimately, the flexibility of the electric loader (Elektrolader) is greatly improved by the use of trailing cables and trolley-mounted collector cars. The comparison of costs shows that the electric system is still not inferior to the diesel-driven system even without considering the advantages of the ventilation system. Due to the restrictions on the towing cable of the loader, the application of this electric transport technology has also been limited to some uses. Large scale inclined mining deposits that can be arranged in a small area with many working faces, as well as mines with ventilation problems, are suitable for the application of this technology. In the world, this kind of technology will be further popularized as the mining depth deepens.
