中国档案学会第三届理事会常务理事会,于1990年12月22日在北京召开了第三次常务理事会,中国档案学会名誉理事长裴桐、吴宝康,中国科协组织人事部团体处处长虞含华等同志临会指导。 会议由冯子直理事长主持,与会全体同志首先默哀3分钟,向曾任中国档案学会筹备委员会主任,中国档案学会一、二、三届名誉理事长曾三同志;中国档案学会筹备委员会副主任,中国档案学会第一届副理事长张中同志的病逝,表示深切的怀念和沉痛的哀悼。 首先,根据本会4年学术活动计划要点,第二次常务理事会进一步讨论和明确的学术研究重点,以及当前的新情况,确定1991年开展的主要学术活动有:（1）国家档案局和中国档案学会在“七一”前夕,召开档案学术座谈会,回顾和总结党领导档案事业发展的巨大成绩和基本经验,党的档案工作发展历史等,以纪念党成立70周年;（2）在1991年11月下旬曾三同志逝世一周年之际,国家档案局和中国档案学会联合召开曾三档案学思想研讨会,有组织地系统探讨曾三同志在档案学中的建树及作用;同时也是中国档案学会成立10周年,届时组织适当的学术性纪念活动;（3）中国档案学会档案事业管理学术委员会要在三四月份召开成立会,同时座谈2000年
