电厂运行规程中规定锅炉汽包壁上下温差不得超过50℃,而实际运行中特别是启停及事故情况下,这一规定难以达到,而在这种上下壁温差超规定的情况下也多未发生汽包破坏或严重损伤。因此,如何对待运行中这一限制一直是一个有争议的问题。试图从强度分析的角度,探讨汽包壁上下温差的限制问题,以便改善锅炉的运行管理工作。
The operating rules of the power plant stipulate that the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the boiler drum wall shall not exceed 50 ℃. However, in the actual operation, especially in the case of start-stop and accident, it is difficult to meet this requirement. Drum damage or serious injury occurs. Therefore, how to treat this restriction in operation has been a controversial issue. From the perspective of strength analysis, this paper attempts to discuss the limitation of the temperature difference between the upper and the lower of the drum wall in order to improve the operation and management of the boiler.
