目的分析阴道黏膜神经分布在妊娠和阴道分娩中的表现。方法回顾性分析本院产科接收正常阴道分娩58例初产妇的临床资料。结果观察组阴道前壁黏膜组织上皮层内蛋白基因产物9.5(PGP9.5)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和神经肽(NPY)染色阳性的神经纤维数量比同组阴道后壁黏膜组织内的神经纤维数量要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道前壁固有层的PGP9.5、VIP染色阳性神经纤维数量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠及阴道分娩对盆底神经会造成一定的损伤。阴道前壁固有层PGP9.5、VIP的神经纤维丰富,对阴道壁血管及阴道壁平滑肌扩张有积极作用,有利于的阴道分娩。
Objective To analyze the distribution of vaginal mucosal nerve in pregnancy and vaginal delivery. Methods The clinical data of 58 primiparae receiving normal vaginal delivery in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The number of PGP9.5, VIP and NPY staining positive cells in the vaginal mucosa of the vagina was significantly higher than that in the vaginal posterior mucosa The number of nerve fibers was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of PGP9.5 and VIP-positive nerve fibers in the lamina propria of the vaginal wall in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy and vaginal delivery may cause some damage to pelvic nerve. The anterior vaginal lamina propria PGP9.5, VIP nerve fibers rich in vaginal wall and vaginal wall smooth muscle dilatation has a positive effect, is conducive to vaginal delivery.
