在“国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要”的指导下,结合长期以来的培训经验,探寻出中小学音乐骨干教师国家级培训实施过程中的三个模式,即:触底——定制——恒效,开启了音乐教师职后培训实效性研究的独特视角,呈示了培训的现实意义和未来期待,为培训者提供了可借鉴、可操作的实施模式。
Under the guidance of the “Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan”, combined with long-term training experience, three modes in implementing the national training of primary and secondary music teachers are explored: bottoming out - customization - Constant effect has opened up a unique perspective on the effectiveness of post-training of music teachers, presenting the practical significance and future expectations of training, and providing trainers with a model for their implementation and operation.
