目的建立一测多评法同步测定熟三七中7种皂苷类成分含量,并验证其在熟三七质量评价及控制中的应用价值。方法以人参皂苷Rg_1为内参物,建立其与三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Re、Rb_1、Rd、Rk_3及Rh_4的相对校正因子,再根据校正因子分别计算各皂苷成分的含量,实现一测多评;并与外标法测定的含量数据进行比较。结果 10批熟三七中7种皂苷类成分两种方法测定结果无显著差异。结论建立的一测多评法使用一个对照品可同时测定熟三七中7种皂苷类成分的含量,为熟三七多指标质量评价及控制提供了参考方法。
Objective To establish a multi-evaluation method for the simultaneous determination of 7 saponins in Cooked Panax notoginseng, and to verify its application value in quality evaluation and control of Cooked Panax notoginseng. Methods Ginsenoside Rg_1 was used as internal reference to establish its relative correction factor with notoginsenoside R_1, ginsenoside Re, Rb_1, Rd, Rk_3 and Rh_4. The content of each saponin was calculated according to the correction factor, ; And compared with the external standard method to determine the content of data. Results There were no significant differences between the two methods in seven batches of seven saponins in ripe Panax notoginseng. Conclusions The method for determining the content of seven saponins in ripe Panax notoginseng by using one reference substance and one reference substance was established, which provided a reference method for the quality evaluation and control of ripe Panax notoginseng.
